Reserve the Bronxville Scout Cabin for your next event.
1. Download the Instructions and Rental Form agreement.
2. Check the calendar for available dates.
3. Complete, sign, and date the agreement and send with your deposit check.
Rental Fee: Groups of 50 or less: $550.00; Groups of 50 to 100: $700.00
Deposit: The deposit for the cabin rental is $250.
The deposit is required to reserve the date for your event.
Certain holidays listed in the rental agreement require total fee payment in advance.

Reservations are on a first-come first-served basis by postal mail.
Full payment is due no later than 21 days prior to your event.
We are renting the cabin with the following conditions in effect as described in the rental agreement:
The Scout Cabin may cancel a rental reservation at any time due to Federal, State, or local COVID-19 restrictions, orders, or protocols. If your reservation is cancelled due to such requirements, we will extend a full-refund to you at that time.
